Legal and certified translation enquiries for contracts, company documents and personal records. Confirm receiving-authority requirements before requesting a quote.

Start with the receiving authority

For a document submitted to a court, university, embassy or government office, the receiving authority sets the acceptance requirements. Tell MBS-Translation the destination country, receiving institution and intended use. Ask that institution whether it requires a translator statement, specific credentials, notarization or another form of authentication.

Contracts and company records

Legal translation may involve contracts, powers of attorney, registration documents or supporting correspondence. Provide all relevant pages, schedules, stamps and handwritten notes. Identify defined terms and official company names so the quotation can account for consistent wording across related documents.

Personal document details

For certificates and personal records, supply the required spelling of names as shown in the relevant passport or official record. Check dates, identification numbers and place names carefully. Tell us whether the receiving authority requests a complete translation including stamps, seals and reverse-side entries.

Confirm certification before ordering

Certification, notarization and legalization are different requirements. Do not assume one replaces another or guarantees acceptance. Send the receiving authority’s written instructions with your enquiry so MBS-Translation can confirm the available service and its scope before you place an order.
