Turn recordings into usable text
MBS-Translation provides transcription for interviews, academic research recordings, meetings, lectures, webinars and training material. Tell us the recording language, duration, intended use and whether you need a transcript in the original language, a translated transcript or both.
Choose verbatim or edited transcription
Verbatim transcription preserves spoken wording, including repetitions and hesitations where agreed. An edited transcript removes agreed verbal fillers for easier reading while preserving meaning. For research interviews, share your transcription conventions so the output supports your own analysis.
Specify timestamps, speakers and privacy needs
Ask for timestamps, speaker labels and the required document format. Provide approved spellings and subject terminology. Explain how unclear passages should be marked. For participant interviews, confirm permission to share the recording and agree any anonymization and secure transfer requirements before sending it.
Translate and prepare the final transcript
Transcripts can be translated into different languages, subject to confirming the language pair and project scope. If you also need timed subtitles, identify that as a separate deliverable. Share a representative sample and your deadline so audio quality, specialist terminology and review needs can be assessed.
